SUMMER IS HERE
The summer is finally here, and it is going fast. I finally bought the water slide, but the temperature has been very mild and the kids have not used it very much.
Despite the lack of very hot days, we have not wasted time. One day, we took the kids to Cedar Point in Ohio, and soon all of the kids began attending church camp. One or two at a time and by the time they're done with camp we will start to get ready with the school plans.
With our busy schedule there is very little time to do the things that I like to do. I love sitting down at the table with my pasta machine, not to make pasta but to condition polymer clay and make sheets of color blends. This is something I've been working in for the last 2 years and it has been very satisfying. I will probably write more about this subject in the future and post some polymer clay tutorials about things I know how to make.
I also want to write about Autism, since I have 2 children with this problem, and I feel that I may be able to help some families to find some answers.

Great Plans for this summer.

We had a very busy year, but I made a commitment to myself to keep this blog updated regularly.I spend all my weekday mornings between homeschool and housecleaning chores. In the afternoon I still juggle my time between housecleaning, trips to the grocery store or running here and there picking up my children from their after school activities. They are very busy too. They love music and my two HS kids perform activities with their band and school choir. Recently my college daughter is done with school for the year, and she's helping me with some of the chores. Also my two HS sons will have their driving instruction this coming summer, and that makes me very happy. During the weekend I do love working in some jewelry crafts and polymer clay.
The summer seems to bring the anticipaton of a lot of fun. My little kids keep on talking of their plans on attending church camp and they are begging me to buy a water slide. I am looking forward to see them happy.
